Olympics 2024 New Events. The paris olympic games will include 28 returning sports and 4 new additions. Breaking makes its olympic debut, while surfing and skateboarding return for their second games along with sport climbing and 3×3.

The competition runs from 27 july to 4 august and medal events take place on 30 july. Karate and baseball & softball are not returning from four years ago, but the paris games will bring back skateboarding, surfing and sport climbing from 2020, rounding out.
